Customs & Duties
Customs duties, taxes and related government charges are assessed based on the declared value and category of the item.
All applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled prior to package release.
Storage Policy
Customers are required to collect and settle outstanding balances for packages within five (5) calendar days after notification of arrival.
Packages remaining uncollected after this period will attract a storage fee of JA$500 per package, per day, commencing on the sixth (6th) day.
Delivery Services
Islandwide delivery services may be arranged at an additional cost depending on location, package size and weight.

Terms & Conditions
- Freight charges are calculated using actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.
- Fragile, high-value, restricted or improperly packaged items may attract additional handling fees.
- Customers are responsible for accurate declaration of package contents and values.
- Quick Cargo reserves the right to inspect shipments where necessary for safety, customs or operational purposes.
- Full payment is required prior to package release.
